The Birmingham Barons are apparently playing the Diamondbacks AA affiliate as Aaron Cunningham is playing CF. 0-3 tonight so far. But on the season as a whole, he has batted .315 with 12 homers and 59 rbi's. Plus 27 SB in 38 attempts with 39 walks compared to 65 K's. .378 OBP and .885 OPS. Don't get me wrong, I like Richar, but I liked Cunningham more, and I really wish we could have keep him. I really wouldn't mind KW pulling a Gio with him in the offseason.

Do they judge it by the top 20% at CF or the top 20% of all OF? Plus, he didn't have that good of an 06 so that might help him being a type B... I ask all this because the White Sox are looking like a probable suitor for Rowand, and I don't want to see the loss of the draft pick.

okay, I was looking at some stats, and KW better freaking go out and and Chin-Lung Hu this offseason. Uribe, besides tonight at least, freaking sucks. And the Dodgers don't have room for Hu with Furcal at SS, and Kent, Garciaparra, Tony Abreu, and a few other prospects who can play 2B, so he is expandable. KW, I beg of you to get Hu

both of you bring up good points of Ozzie's mismanagement of players. Sometimes, I like pretend we have someone else as our manager.

If it was up to me, I'd do everything in my power to try and get Hu and Betemit in the offseason. I'd then have Hu be my SS and Betemit basically platoon with Fields and Hu at 3B and SS while playing a little 2B and 1B as well.

I could see Thome staying for a while. Is it just me, or does Thome just seem like he won't finally call it quits until he is about 42-44? I wouldn't mind brining back Thome after next season only if he would take a pay cut and be willing to kinda platoon at DH.
