  1. From Girl Fight! Thread by santo=dorf Reminds me of this lesbian porno I saw where this one chick starting licking under this other girl's arm, and worked her way down south.
  2. QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 05:28 PM) Reminds me of this lesbian porno I saw where this one chick starting licking under this other girl's arm, and worked her way down south. OMG LMAO
  3. QUOTE(mr_genius @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 05:20 PM) The employer doesn't have to be an ID expert, we both know this. Run his/her SS number or have some sort of background check on employees before you hire them if you are worried they may be illegal. The problem is the Social Security number usually will seem ok. Employers have made tax payments with the SS# and no problem. Only later is it discovered. If the IRS accepts the payments, the employer should not be held responsible when the employee is found to be undocumented. For these low end manual labor type jobs the turnover is usually so great that spending a lot of money on hiring, background checks, etc. would create a hardship. I guess you could check on every Mexican you hire, but that doesn't seem right. If the employer gathered the required information, and the forms were not obvious fakes, I wouldn't fine the employer. If they accepted an obvious fake, then that would be different.
  4. Picture and the rest of the story
  5. QUOTE(mr_genius @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 05:11 PM) yes Seems harsh. Could put some people out of business. Someone shows up with a Drivers license and a social security card, it seems like an employer would have to trust that. I guess they will have to be experts on all 50 state driver's licenses and birth ceriticates from every city. I find it hard to fine the victim of a forgery. I guess the next outcry will be a renewed demand for national ID cards.
  6. As far as the employers, most of the illegals have paperwork (forged or stolen) that shows they are legal to work. Would you still fine the employer for being fooled by false paperwork?
  7. Better news here than if the same thread was in the filibuster :rolly
  8. This reminds me of a story when this guy left on vacation and asked his brother, who was a little dim witted to watch his cat. A couple days into the vacation the guy called home and asked his brother how the cat was doing. The brother replied the cat dun got run over by the garbage truck and is dead. Devastated the brother yells, asshole don't you know how to break news like that? You should have told me the cat was lost, then maybe stuck on the roof, then maybe tell me she died. Jesus Christ, learn something. Hey, how's mom? Ahhh, she's lost or maybe on the roof . . .

  10. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 04:16 PM) Creating a legitimate means for foreginers to come here and do dirty work does help. Allowing for people who broke the law to get by with it and have no consequenses does not. Expelling 12,000,000 workers to score votes is short sighted and stupid. Exactly why the GOP will do it.
  11. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 02:50 PM) There you go, starting rumors again. The betta may well have killed the goldfish, and after that may have picked at the body, but that is the extent of it. And the truth is that small dead fish decay amazingly rapidly warm freshwater. Poor goldy could have been really easily picked/shaken/tumbled apart within 12 hours of expiring with natoral decomposition helping out. You are just trying to frame poor Ruby, I know it. what is natoral decomposition?

  15. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 11:14 AM) And considering that ARod isn't that great of a defensive 3b, that tells you all you need to know about how that award is chosen. What are you basing that on? Range? Errors? Arm? I don't see him very often at third, but I did watch him a great deal when he was with the Rangers and thought he was solid at SS. I assume he hasn't dropped off that much at 3rd and in NY.

  19. QUOTE(BDavisFutureHOF @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 10:00 AM) Not sure if this is the correct place for this but I just got this in a PM from a member with 0 posts. "Hey, what's up? This site is just a few weeks old and already doing great. If you could do us a favor and check it out, it would be appreciated. Thanks. www._________.com" I dont want the site to get any added publicity so I left it blank. Just thought someone would want to know. I have heard a number of people have received that. We are looking into it and the usual swift justice will be served. After all, we're all just Sox fans

  21. BTW, in the business of politics side of things, imagine how different both sides positions would be if Hispanics voted overwhelmingly for Republicans and not Democrats. Both sides would have some philosophy changes of directions I am certain.
  22. CNN Link Kudos to Hastert and Frist for taking leadership in creating a policy that actually helps the US and not just playing partisan politics.
