  1. Not tired at all. In fact I enjoy your posts.
  2. I hope so. With Grandal behind him he'll get plenty of good pitches to hit.
  3. If the right one won't get ya than the left one will.
  4. Leaving the abbreviation spring training we all knew that JR being the idiot he is allowed Hahn to put together a horrible roster and that Tony is the worst manager in baseball who has the worst hitting coach in baseball in the dugout. I expected a third place or worse finish and that's where we are at. These brave players are playing hard and giving us their best each day but low talent and no motivation is tough to overcome without great coaching. I feel sorry they are playing in such a horrible organization who values profits over their salaries. So I expect a loss each day. I'm not going to get upset when they are meeting expectations. When they win it's a miracle that will be celebrated. If they somehow can make the playoffs they will be the Miracle Mets x2.
  5. If Hahn was so bad why did so many fans predict this roster to win a division and get past the first round?
  6. But the giant costume will give you away Ribbie
  7. I get that. With everything to complain about it doesn't make sense to reach.
  8. So if everyone knew Hahn put together a horrible team and TLR was such a horrible manager, and these guys suck this bad, why did so many posters here pick them to easily win the division? Most even had them winning a playoff series. What isn't happening is effort. What is happening are injuries and brain dead horseshit play. Too many players are having below average seasons. If these guys were playing like we expected we'd be bored, checking standings to see who we're playing in the first round instead of bitching half the nights.
  9. Now let's look at Katz's MLB career numbers if anyone really believes that career stats are necessary to be a good coach. There are plenty of reasons to be critical of they guy, but this is a reach.
  10. Exactly. Most of these guys have only been playing baseball for ten or fifteen years. You can't expect them to know what they are doing. You can't expect effort without coaches to motivate them. Most of these guys can't even turn left at first base without a coach. They need older adults to show them what to do.
  11. I've always found it strange we put all our efforts into stopping minimum wage immigration while ignoring high wage immigration.

They are. The thought is a quality $35,000 used car may be worth $32,000 in a year. That $7,000 may be worth $2,000 plus any repairs you made making the first one cheaper. Of course it's a different equation if you can pay cash for one versus financing the other.
  13. I gave away my big wood smoker and picked up a Weber Smokey Mountain. I've been mostly happy with it. Charcoal using the minions method with some post oak. My brisket is almost as good as twelve hours of watching a wood fire and I can't tell the difference with pulled pork or chicken.
  14. Brisket with a bark as black as the MLB tv coverage I'll receive for tonight's game.

Lol. 200 miles of billboards every couple of miles.
  16. That's a cool idea.
  17. Speaking of generally poor quality mass produced crap . . .
  18. What promotions have gotten you to attend a specific game? For me at Sox games I'm usually clueless that a promotion is going on until I get to the game. For the San Antonio Missions pricing promos get me in the door.
