I am in favor of a salary range and something to restore the competitive balance. I would even be interested in a plan where teams are aligned based on payrolls not traditional or geographic lines.

The Yankees are competing with Boston, the Sox with Minnesota, Cleveland, Detroit, and Kansas City. That should be fit in somewhere as well.

I agree that the hole is suspiciously small, and the lack of photographic evidence is troubling. I wonder if all the jet fuel ignited and where it was. Plane #1 and #2 flown into the WTC. No time to react to the #2 plane and really no where to shoot it down at. Plane #3 Pennsyvania, IMHO shot down by the military or, at a minimum, forced down by the terrorists when they decided they couldn't reach their target. Plane #4 Questionable. Probably in the Pentagon. Some doubt. BUt no better explaination in my mind than a plane.

Even if forced to pick between two poor choices, isn't it still better to vote? Should voting for someone stop them from criticizing? I voted for Clinton (big surprise) but was very quick to criticize his personal choices while in office.

What happened then to the other missing plane? There is footage of a plane travelling on that path low near the Pentagon? Was that plane somehow diverted and forced into the ocean?

I heard it on Hannity and assumed the newspaper endorsement statement was fact. Could it be more "major" newspapers endorsed Bush?

I am still believing a plane hit the Pentagon. The explanation for the hole, etc. seemed plausible.

The GOP had their candidate picked for 4 years prior to the election. The GOP also were able to stretch the soft money date further by holding an unusually late convention. It forced the DEMS to use their Federally limited budget longer. The GOP also was much more effective in using the new groups like Swift Boats. All in all this was a masterfully run election by the GOP. Both sides needed every last vote and the GOP was a much better political machine. They ruled the airwaves with the GOP Radio network. They led in newspaper endorsements, and Fox was the #1 watched "News" network. Harness advertising to the media on slaught and the GOP was unbeatable.

I will have to add that term to my blog. The more blogs add us the better.

Bush was the worse GOP candidate in my lifetime. I would have choosen any of the other GOP candidates including Bob Dole. Kerry was the worse DEM candidate in my lifetime. Total it all up and we have a close toss up election where the GOP won their first popular vote in 16 years.

The only thing I disagree with is the date. From 9/11/01 I believed it was shot down. A very difficult decision needed to be made, and I believe President Bush ordered the plane to be shot down. I also would not care to second guess the decision and pray he finds peace with it. What other options where there? Allow it to crash into a target and kill many more innocent lives?

I feel it every day. 85% of the Rio Grande Valley is Hispanic and over 60% are bilingual. If you do not speak Spanish down here, you are left out of many conversations and are not eligible for many jobs. Would you seriously trade places with any non white male group as far as career opportunities in America? Would you like to be out looking for an apartment as a white male or any other minority group? Would you like to be out looking for work as a white male or anything else? Put it all on the scale and being white in America has many more advantages than disadvantages.

Conservatives must miss the great days of a by gone era when employers could point out that that blacks don't have the mental necessities to be a manager or a field manager or talk about slave holders breeding blacks for sports.
