A young pitcher with 6 years of cheap playing time who can perform from anywhere between a #3-5 starter during that time holds a tremendous amount of value because of how cheap he is. Hell, Jackson's salary next year may be the combined total salary of the next 4-5 years of Hudson.

Im not happy at all to be honest, Illinois is basically 100% screwed now (we were 95% screwed by ourselves). They must be keeping a rivalry week since Illinois and Northwestern arent in the same divison anymore.
