  1. This whole thing reminds of that Monty Python song that had every ethnic slur one could think of...
  2. QUOTE(Steff @ Jan 6, 2005 -> 12:23 PM) Name an amount and I'll bet you.. double back... that he doesn't. I gotta agree with Steff on this one.
  3. It is much better than it was yesterday.
  4. And Jay's used to be called Jap's until WWII (it was the abbreviation for the family's last name). Sorry, had to get that useless bit of information out.
  5. What are you doing as an intern for GE (the company I work for make lots of parts for a few of their divisions).
  6. I choose not to watch the show - there were many commercials that stated what the episode would be about. I was angered by it at first being a hamster fiend, but then after thinking about it, I wouldn't have a problem with cow being ground up (as long as it is cooked a little first) so I guessed I shouldn't have an issue with rats being ground up.

  9. I have never been skiing. Unless X-country skiing counts (that was once when I was about 10). Brian went skiing in WI alot as a kid.
  10. Man, I go from a troll to a whale in this thread. There goes whatever self esteem I had. EDIT: Ah, I see I have made it to bride by the end lol!
  11. Snow is on the way...or so says the weather dudes. By ABC7Chicago.com January 4, 2005 — A Winter Storm Watch goes into effect this evening for the ABC 7 viewing area and will last through the entire day on Wednesday. Snow totals for this storm by Thursday morning could run from 6 to 12 inches. That amount is possible north of I-80. South of I-80, around Joliet, Romeoville, those areas will pickup around six-inches total. But further south, down toward Bourbonnais, there may be a layer of ice and on top of that a couple of inches of snow. The towns in the heaviest area of snow are Waukegan, McHenry, and Chicago, that's right, the city could see as much as six inches to a foot of snow. The heaviest snow with this storm system is going to be coming down during the daylight hours Wednesday. Average snowfall for the entire month of January is 11.3-inches. We may hit that in one day. ***************************************************************************************** Why couldn't this have happened last week?!
  12. QUOTE(Goldmember @ Jan 3, 2005 -> 04:33 PM) Soxtalk the Movie marketing campaign... LOL!

    IPass

    I've had IPass for about 2 years now - considering how often I am on it, it became usefall. Brian has had his for about 8 months now. We were talking with his uncle (who has IPass) last night and none of us like this hike (Brian is vehemently against it). What really concerns us is that the IPass lanes are already over-crowded before this hike, how is it going to be now? We think that there are going to be more accidents because of this.
  15. I would avoid the Hyundai. I've had two and wouldn't get one again. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for with them.
  16. We haven't a freakin' clue what we are doing tonight.
