  1. I have slowly become addicted to ketchup the last 5 years or so (especially with french fries). I think it was because Brain hates it so much so therefore I must like it! heehee
  2. At home: Books and then a little internet and a little TV (either sports, one of the Discovery channels, History, Food and A&E mostly).

    Thoughts...

It was discussed on another board I frequent and I think Cindy Crawford (that's one of her kids) needs to be investigaged (or at least have her head examined) that she allowed such a picture to be taken. There is another one that I find to be equally questionable that I saw posted elsewhere.
  4. No idea what they qualify under. Some say pop, I tend to say hard rock or maybe even glam rock.
  5. In my CD player in my car I have: Righteous Brothers - Gold (a 2 CD set - Disc 2 is in the player currently) Queen - A Night at the Opera Queen - Queen Queen - News of the World Scorpion - Bad for Good (A greatest hits collection) Queen Mix CD I put together a few years ago
  6. QUOTE(tonyho7476 @ Sep 18, 2006 -> 11:15 AM) and hearing about the dead weight we get rid of in the off-season. I thought he went back to the Blues?
  7. My uterus winced in pain from just reading about it. Those are some big babies.

    Perfect Pizza

I love to make my own pizza. My favorite sauce is Palermo's sauce, but it can be too sweet for some. I tend to like crust so I like it to be at least a pan pizza, but I can deal quite well with thin crust (favorite is Beggar's).
  9. 2.68 around the corner for me when I filled up tonight. That was down from 2.75 over last weekend.
  10. Poor kid sounds like he has enough going on. At least the cops did something. When I worked at the grocery store a fat b**** walked into the checkout line with her little girl. Next thing you know, she slaps the poor thing right in front of an off duty cop and from the poor kid's reaction, you could tell she was beat/slapped around regularly. The off-duty cop wouldn't do anything when we asked her. Being a bunch of 16 year olds we didn't know what else to do since there was a Chicago cop who wouldn't do anything about it.
  11. That is not too far from my aunt's house (she lives in Riverdale).
  12. It does look like a contrail with the sunset reflecting off of it, but anything is possible.
  13. That is such a pathetic argument (Jessie Jr's). I never knew stocking shelves and being mayor was equivalent. Explains a lot though. Also JJ, a job at a big box retailer (to start) is not meant to support a family. Yes, my sister has used hers (at Walmart) to support her and her son, but she knows it is a limited means job and while she would love to have a higher salary, it isn't realistic to expect big bucks for working at a Walmart.
  14. One more f***ing packaging question and I will go postal on someone here. That or one more smart assed remark...one or the other grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
  15. I bought him a new phone last night. With his hours and how far away he works, I didn't want him to not have a phone for going to work. Depending on the cost of a battery, I might pick one up and see if that works. It would be a nice back up to have in an emergency.
  16. LOL - I actually did call tech support and they couldn't tell me much.
  17. Maybe we should hold off on getting one for a day or two... thanks for the info.
  18. I was at work celebrating a co-worker's bday. Our other co-worker arrived late (at about 8:30) and told us what happened. We ran to our computers to see what we could find. I tried calling Brian but he was online (back in our dial up days) so I IMed him and he went by his sister's house (he didn't have a TV at that time). At work, when we realized what was going on, we went to the warehouse where everyone gathered around the TV. That jackass that was the GM a the time made us go back to work after the first building fell. Some went home at 11 and the rest of us stayed and was glued to our computers and phones (with family). That was the first time I heard my mom cry since my grampa's death.
  19. It died again. I hope it just needs more dry time. We made calls and went through his phonebook and it worked for 45 minutes before dying.
  20. It lives!!!! I was hoping if I let it dry out it would be okay and it is - woohoo!!!
  21. I am SUCH an idiot... I threw the load of laundry into the dryer and there was something knocking really loud so I asked Brian to go check it out. Yeah, I guess when I picked up his work pants I forgot to take his cell phone out. At least I managed to remember to take his wallet out. So now I have the pleasure of calling Cingular (usually have no problems with them, but this one should be interesting) to see if I can go to the Cingular store across the parking lot from my office to buy a replacement phone. There goes money I had no intentions of spending.
