Really struggling with a $32 million arb. ruling settlement. "Smart move. He already missed most of 2021 with an elbow issue. (Not TJ surgery). He would be crazy to chance it, and miss the largest payday of, most likely, any pitcher has ever had. Even though the odds are low something would happen." And a first TJS wouldn't kill his value in FA like a second...maybe chop off $100-150 million. Feels like a Boras Corp decision...not in the best interest of the sport, but prioritizing the Tigers and his family. It's another version of D.Peterson at KU.

2026 MILB Catch-All
https://www.newsweek.com/the-next-japanese-mlb-superstar-teruaki-sato-crushes-huge-hr-before-wbc-11596297 Don't think he will get $200 million but $125-150 seems quite possible with a repeat of 2025. Depends on the Dodgers/Muncy too. GG 3B can also play corner outfield.

The surname Cholowsky has its roots in Eastern Europe, particularly within Slavic regions, where it is believed to have originated from a combination of local geographical features and occupational roles...

You can't have that precipitous fall in revenues and simultaneously hardly growing the franchise valuation during that time (certainly since 2006) and then simply blame it on the stadium that you basically built yourself.

White Sox lawsuit.
That was my next post but didn't want to go there...the contradiction is too obvious, however. Also not such a surprise with a 95%+ male dominated board

So if you had/have children in a public school...or private for that matter, you're against teachers and fellow students being tested for MMR, too? Because last I checked, every teacher has to pass this test to enter a classroom. https://bookabloodtest.com/products/occupational-health-mmr-testhttps://bookabloodtest.com/products/occupational-health-mmr-test

Without mandates, the cost of the insurance pool for those over 60 and with pre-existing conditions just becomes prohibitively expensive. So everyone under forty without health insurance through an employer should rely on GoFundMe when they experience unforeseen medical emergencies? Social security and Medicare are two of the most popular government programs and both are mandates. Heck, wearing seat belts or three strikes and you're out out for OWI are also mandates. So, basically you believe in everyone for themselves instead of the greatest good for the greatest number of people possible? Why do all those countries with higher tax rates, less gun deaths, universal single payer health insurance, superior public education systems, better leave policies and worker protections like Sweden Finland Norway Iceland have much happier middle class populations? In China, women get four or even five months (if over thirty or recovering from a difficult pregnancy) off paid leave when they have a baby and basically all the costs are paid for/subsidized if you're a legally married couple. US couples usually get 2-3 weeks, yes? And men have to fight still for any leave days.
