  1. Might be closing, with how many pitches Colome threw last night. Or multi-inning save, depending on what happens this inning with Marshall. Gordon and Franchy Cordero next, could see a change.
  2. Anderson was really good offensively in his rookie year, though.
  3. Not sure how many are lining up to buy 2021 season tickets in KC. Might as well try. Their young pitching staff is coming along, and they've got an interesting combination with Kennedy, Rosenthal and Holland at the back of the pen.
  4. Self defense survivalist swing there by Franco, who's looking like the offensive goat of the game so far for KC. ROUGH. 7 runners stranded in 3 at-bats.
  5. Hard to think of EE and Grandal as question marks....maybe EE, but Nelson Cruz is 40, EE is "just" 37. Moncada can't be defined as question mark, either. Or Jimenez. McCann, sure, I guess.
  6. Because he has a pretty strong arm, lol...
  7. This is what happens when you experience a lost DECADE PLUS of White Sox baseball. One season blends into another. Some are still thinking Harold Baines is quietly on the bench and a candidate for manager.
  8. Yeah, Nick Capra is definitely the 3rd base coach, lol. Not to be confused with Buzz.
  9. Madrigal has "hustling" speed, and quickness....but far from a burner. We'll be seeing a ton of Ryan Goins at SS if Anderson's out, because they won't trust Leury or Mendick to play there everyday.
  10. Anderson, soreness in his right hip.
  11. Great throw by Gordon there, wasn't a shock he got thrown out, of course. He didn't even get the plate going by, so no point in a review. 99 career outfield assists from Alex Gordon.
  12. Uh-oh, this isn't good. What's wrong with Anderson? Rolled his ankle? Footwork issues tonight. Was shaking his hand on the foul ball, as well.
  13. He can always join a hippie commune in Oregon or play Charles Manson if baseball doesn't work out BASEBALL IQ. Nick Madrigal. No hit. E6.
  14. Tiny dude. Reminiscent of Roy Oswalt physically.
  15. Engel is definitely not going to catch up with that stuff on the black.
  16. Fifth organization. Went through 3 last year, alone. Shades of Miguel Cleto.
  17. Feel a lot more confident with Madrigal going to his right there compared to Leury or Mendick. Cordero doing his best Danny Tartabull impression, showing off his guns/pipes. More like Mr. T on the A-Team.
  18. 426 feet. No doubter. McBroom had already doubled off Keuchel earlier. SSS, lol. Renteria continuing to battle with Bevington and Ventura for worst manager of all time in recent modern Sox history. Ricky would do much better as the "Roman erectile dysfunction spokesperson" instead of Zack/Zach.
  19. Hopefully the Royals don't sweep, so we are mercifully spared the "McBroomed out of The K" line on Sunday afternoon.
  20. Everyone must be in a rush to go out for BBQ or steaks after the game...or hang out on the Country Club Plaza. City of Fountains. They might even run into Greg775 at the local Applebee's. Keuchel still in. Royals' announcers got fooled. Undoubtedly out of the game with the first baserunner to get reach.
  21. Likely to happen as EE goes back to the line-up. If not tmrw, day game Sunday. Jimmy Cordero will apparently pitch the bottom of the 6th. Keuchel done.
  22. That wouldn't have been a homer in a phone booth. We haven't heard that one yet this year...although best reserved for balls on the infield or foul territory around the baselines.
  23. Royals had Junis and Keller out with COVID-19, the common symptom of not being able to smell/taste the pizza the key indicator.
  24. The beard disguised the pitch....just off balance. Keuchel is a lost member of ZZ Top OR one of the Smith Brothers cough drop dudes from the 1880's.
