Tigers @ White Sox
there was just no reason to burn through Rondon and avilan so quickly, especially if frye was unavailable...and they still ended up having to use Minaya against v.martinez as a lhb even though he made it into a life or death situation in the top of the 7th.

Tigers @ White Sox
The last time any Sox manager had some legit pressure on them...Sept 2012 and May 2016, just two months since the 2010 season.

Tigers @ White Sox
we are trying to lure the tigers back into the al central race so they can foolishly trade some of their prospects? brilliant stuff, Hahn and Tricky Ricky.

Tigers @ White Sox
Bummer at least could be a part off the future....but totally dread 6~7 pitching changes per game with that many lefties in the pen.

Tigers @ White Sox
impressive, brought his era now down under 8....might as well throw Danish out there, Adams, anyone else.

Minaya makes Giolito look good in comparison...there's that.

Tigers @ White Sox
This is where Jones injury hurts. He's pretty effective unless it's a save situation.

Tigers @ White Sox
Renteria, Minaya and our defense sucks...

Tigers @ White Sox
This wasnt predictable...should have left Rondon out there longer. it's not 2011 Victor Martinez anymore.

Tigers @ White Sox
Can you say gaping hole in the bullpen?
-
Tigers @ White Sox
The second strike was considerably outside. This umpiring pattern with Moncada in particular is becoming bizarre.

Do the White Sox have too much starting pitching?
Danks and Floyd broke down, too. The only time we theoretically had too many starters was the beginning of 2006 with Contreras, Buehrle, Garcia, Garland, Javy and McCarthy. That depth lasted 2~3 months. A lot of those guys seemed to be adversely affected by the extra playoff innings in the second half of that season (along with Jenks).

**President Trump 2018 Thread**
The President is awake but the whole world would be better off it he was lying down (again.)

Moncada
What I mean is that it should be clear whether that 2020 team is going to be able to AT THE VERY LEAST compete for a playoff spot in the 2nd half of the season. Once upon a time in this rebuild timeline, everyone was saying we should be a playoff team in 2020, but the slow start/injuries seems to have pushed that back to 2021 now? It was also conventional wisdom that we would be adding significant pieces beginning in the offseason following the 2018 season...now that seems to be somewhat up in the air. As it is right now, I’m not sure we even have a single 3+ fWAR player on the roster. Moncada and Anderson...maybe...but still a ton of question marks after Eloy Jimenez.

Do the White Sox have too much starting pitching?
Lopez? Or Covey, is your second example?
