You realize that Colson at the rate he's going is going to be out of the Top 100 as well? And more than just Keith Law's and one other...so you'd just be replacing one of those guys on the list, but they'd have to be Top 40-60 to make up for Colson's fall. So that means you need for Grant Taylor to also settle into that range, because you're soon enough going to graduate Teel, Quero and Meidroth from the prospect/s list. Top 10 pick will help...but nothing like the jump you get from a Top 1-3 guy in the draft.
