Northwestern is now in the top 25 in both polls. They should be favored against Michigan next weekend. That's crazy. At this rate they could walk to the Big Ten title. Penn St. shouldn't have won in Evanston, that game still pisses me off.

Can we start the Northwestern Big Ten title talks? Mizzou beat Nebraska 41-24 and even though the Huskers aren't ranked, we're Mizzou and we rushed the field. It was awesome. We carried the FG posts all the way downtown, it was awesome. Check rushing the field, kissing the 50 yard line, and touching a FG post off my list of things to do in my lifetime.

Deja Vu all over again. Didn't the Tribe get within a game of the Twins last year to fold at the end like this year? Next year should be the Indians year. With some adjustments they are right there. It should be a hell of a dog fight.

In the middle of Cardinal territory I am watching this game as the fans revere Pujols as a God. Edmonds hit a 1st inning HR to give the Cards a 1-0 lead. The Pads had 1st and 2nd, 0 out but wasted it in the 2nd. Peavy vs. Carpenter

I was a bit surprised to see Jenks so low. I understand that he didn't pitch as well in AA as he has in the bigs ERA wise, but talent wise he's got to be at the top of the pitchers. That also shows the depth of the league that a guy who is looking like a solid closer very soon is only the 13th best prospect in the league. The top 20 top to bottom is absolutely loaded. Young at 4 shows me how much BA and company are jumping on his bandwagon this year.

Not a big Tim Thomas fan for the Bulls. Sweetney might be a servicable Curry replacement. If one of the picks is a 1st rounder it's not a bad deal.
