  1. Doesn't this team remind people of 2004? Second place. On paper...a great line-up. Flashes of dominance. Seeds of great young pitching... But they never were consistent. Never on the same page as a team Look at who we had the balls then to say goodbye to in the off-season Mags, Carlos Lee, Valentin...etc Next year...well was history. I am not saying we are on the cusp of 2005. But maybe we need to lose some fat. Get the players we actually need and manager with a plan everyone agrees with and will play hard for... We are not a bad team. We just play bad.
  2. The Sox used to a promotion called “Voices of the Game” where you pay and get to call an inning in your own booth and get a video after of that inning. It’s not broadcast but a great memento.
  3. Ok…plan for the rest of the night. Stop hitting it to Chapman. boom
  4. It’s a Dong Party tonight! …and the White Sox are hitting home runs!
  5. Me... I am the worst. #PlushieLove
  6. Your leadoff hitter only is guaranteed to hit leadoff once in a game. Hitting TA 1st gives our best hitter the chance for the most ABs in the game.
  7. This is great!! I am Proud Dad of a gay Son. While Texas has its major issues, Dallas is a HUGE ally for the community. I am proud my team is an ally too!
  8. My friend texted me the article about Tony hearing the chants and I was like: "Damn...Tony could hear me from Dallas?!?"
  9. That would suck if you had to start rooting for the team you like,

  11. He does have a point...there are a lot "THANK GOD WE DIDN'T MAKE THE PLAYOFFS" celebrations around MLB nowadays.
  12. Cool. Then winning and losing during the season doesn't matter and you can no longer complain about their record. Good to know.
  13. Honestly...I do not see any scenario where JR lets Hahn fire LaRussa mid-season. However...a "retirement for personal reasons" mid-season is more plausible.
