If we are the WC...I'd rather face the Rangers... So I can go to the games.

I mean...this was a win, that was a loss.

Hey!! Its been awhile...have a missed anything? oh...

Brewers broadcast said the Brewers coaches saw a flaw and they helped fix it. He can now see the pitches better and be more patient. They didn't say what specifically... With hitting its such the little things, especially mental. So, I wouldn't discount getting a new start factoring in...

King Vaughn T-shirt giveaway on August 26th. First 10,000 ticketed fans who enter the gates. Who's going?

Watching this Rangers team...who are just as bad as the White Sox on offense... It's amazing to watch a team of Silver Sluggers go so bad so fast.

Right now it doesn't matter who they pitch... I'd rather face the guy who can't push off. but it didn't matter anyway

Thief. 🙃

My son's select 17U team played a team last Fall that, due to injuries or other reasons, had to field and pitch players from its 12U/13U teams. I feel the White Sox season will go about the same way as it did for that team.

Happy Opening Day! The Day we are all equal and everyone still has a shot. Enjoy the positivity in that and the celebratory bunting hanging from the rafters... I'll be at the Rangers game seeing Jake Burger hit a bomb off of Garrett Crochet. Go Sox!

Yes...I watched him play.

Quality pick up. Solid player.

Lots of buzz in Dallas about him coming here.

Yep...we are being punk'd. You got us @southsider2k5. Well done.

I am now convinced you are just @southsider2k5 pulling an "Andy Kaufman" on us.

I can't take anything he is saying seriously. Its so flawed and not based on any reality. Its pointless to even debate someone like that

The Forrest Gump of baseball

And the built-in flaw in that excuse is if Getz had NOTHING to do with the failure of the organization to develop talent, then what qualifications does he have to be its GM now since he wasn't doing anything prior? Or is it a systemic flaw in the organization, from owner down, that keeps rewarding blind loyalty to mediocrity via promotions.

Sure...Let me tell you about Minnesota farm system and their development crew...the Dodgers, Braves, or A's staff, and other organizations that are consistently developing quality major league talent from first to late round picks. The staffs and personnel other MLB organizations are plucking from to run their higher offices. Simply put...Your assertion that "Oh well, s%*# happens" is an acceptable method to run a team is, truly, a flawed one.

Again...Lets talk about that production in the bigs and if they were properly developed. That was his title... We can go round and round on this...His tenure has been less than stellar.

This kid trying to make his bones in the yard taking on the big dog? 😄

Ball carries very well in the park.

WHAT A BURGER!!!! I am very happy for this.
