  1. This damn stupid trade, not really even trying to sign Harper, and trading Tatis are the top 3 most infuriating White Sox moves in the last 20 years.
  2. All joking aside, getting Tauchman and Rojas back plus working Elko in and this team starts to approximate a major league offense.
  3. This division can be had. Detroit only 11.5 up. That's nothing this early.
  4. "Good job of adjusting by Vaughn" - no, stupid job by the pitcher doing nothing but throwing cutters off the outside corner. Go up with a fastball for Vaughn's usual K swinging at those, or go in with a cutter and get a weak grounder to SS.
  5. Flyball would've scored Baldwin if Sosa could have done anything productive
  6. Nice job by Burke there. Would be nice to not sweat out every inning and need the pitching to be perfect because they can't score any runs.

  8. Don't take away the laugh emoji it's all I have
  9. Because he swing first pitch on a pitcher's pitch two at-bats in a row and hit the ball on the ground, which is absolutely not what the Sox needed at the time. The second time was also right after a 4 pitch walk.
  10. Good pitch to get Quero after a very good at bat. About 700 left on base today.
  11. Sox should get a bonus "pity pool" of at least $5 mil.
  12. If Cleveland can't make something out of him I think our odds are short. Still worth a shot, even if just to eat some innings.
  13. We wouldn't be so harsh on 6 IP 4 R from a starter if this team could score runs consistently. Buehler has done a good job getting out of trouble and making pitches when he needed to, but there are just too many black holes in this lineup that we know if the "good" players don't get it done then there's no shot.
  14. Whoops, I meant "compared to Baltimore". They're at -20, Sox at -26.
  15. We were telling those posters from their forum that not every prospect would become great, that their pitching was weaker than they thought, and that they needed to use some of those prospects to acquire some premium players before the luster wore off. It's still early, of course, but they basically did none of that and are now 3 games below .500, 12th in the league in runs scored, and second worst in runs allowed by 1 to Colorado (Sox have given up 24 fewer runs than Baltimore). Our run differential is only -6 because we can't hit.
