  1. Put me down as a Matt Quatraro backer. I like his background and he’s been a recent finalist for manager jobs.
  2. Coop won’t say anything negative about the Sox. He’s almost 65. They gave him a great life for him and his family. Maybe he’ll have some big issue baseball thoughts that he doesn’t agree with, but it won’t be personal.
  3. 21. Cubs 22. Sox Seems like old times
  4. Nice to see some real humans in the stands!
  5. Hinch (and Cora) are suspended until the World Series is over. They are not allowed in major league facilities, so where and how they can be communicated with now is unknown. But I’m sure the Sox will have a new manager press conference before Thanksgiving.
  6. How about Ron Roenicke so we can use the RR out as Manager thread again someday.
  7. Dodgers-Rays would be a good World Series considering the expanded postseason could have led to some crazy stuff.
  8. Margot 3-run homer after 2-out error. Go Rays!
  9. Very good question, not dumb at all. Both are not allowed at MLB facilities, and I’m sure they aren’t allowed to contact teams. Maybe they can take calls.
  10. I don’t feel like starting it, but I’d be interested in a fan poll: Hire Hinch, but not Cora Hire Cora, but not Hinch Hire either Don’t hire either
  11. Agreed. Wish that also applied to player acquisitions. But it does sound like Hinch is their first choice.
  12. Can’t argue with that. But if given a choice of Hinch or Cora, I’ll take Hinch and it’s not close.
  13. I just think it’s Hinch, and we’re waiting for it to be final. I’m sure the Tigers want him too, but who’s a better team right now?
  14. Easy way to remember to spell...scio..scia. Scioscia. Also, no.
  15. Hahn sounds like he already hired a new manager. The way he’s speaking is just way too open for him.
  16. He’ll always have that picture of him and the 4 starters in Anaheim. Can’t take it away from him. He was a good pitching coach for a long time and was a funny interview....sometimes.
  17. It’s a good thought, but Hahn really went out and said, “recent championship/managerial success”.
  18. I’m digging the new fire option. What a day in Sox history!
  19. Flexor strain. UCL is clean. He’s good!
  20. In my opinion, Hinch didn’t have the balls to end it. Cora was flat-out the ringleader. Hinch, I could forgive somewhat. Cora is pond scum.
  21. Oh boy. With that last comment by Hahn, now I just hope it isn’t Cora.
  22. So is Cora. I hope both are no-go’s.
