Yes, probably a bad team as long as Reinsdorf owns the team and Hahn and Co are making decisions. However, I know I hate the majority of the major league team right now. If they can remove some of these guys and bring in hungry prospects, I’ll take my chances a couple hit.

Possible, but if the Twins can keep it close to .500 until the last couple weeks of the season, they should get to 81-81. They play the Reds, Angels, Rockies, and A’s to finish up.

Really hoping for 2-5 the next 7 to be 33-48 at the 81 game mark. Need the Twins to be at least 40-41 then too. That should solidify the Sox being sellers. Sox aren’t going to be 7 games better than the Twins after that, even if they go 4-3 in the remaining head to head games. And going 5-2 or better is a pipe dream.

So many times watching the postgame, it’s so obvious this team would be better with Ozzie managing. I know it’s not happening but it’s true. The Sox would be better with him. And a lot more fun.

On the Robert thing not going after it… is it nitpicking? Maybe should he have gone after it? Yes. Why? Because that’s what big leaguers do. Go try to catch the ball. Throw it in on off chance the runner leaves early and then the game is probably over. You try to catch it for the same reason why outfielders run back on a no doubter homer. It’s just what you do.
