Naw man...I'm just not about to dismiss these guys. I love the way we're playing right now...

This was indeed a series to remember. But like I said in another post. This thing ain't over. Not by a longshot. We need to play well in Seattle and keep the momentum goin back to Chicago. U better believe Pena is gonna rally his troops and they're gonna have revenge on their minds in Chicago...

I for one am not about to dimiss the Royals after this series...Don't get me wrong. The sweep was great. I loved every minute of it. But they have been in 1st a majority of the year. So they still demand respect. Like said in an earlier post. We've got the Mariners comin up. They got the D-rays. Then they'll be back in Chicago with revenge on their minds. Lets take this thing 1 gm at a time right now. I notice some of u guys r crownin us division champions already. We've got a long ways to go...

I guess you're one of those fans that's never satisfied...C'mon man. We came into their crib and swept that ass. We gave up some hits but c'mon now. Our pitching has been carrying us all year. We're not givin up the runs...That's what's important...

I agree somewhat. My main problem with White is that he went to the media and said his s***. If u got a problem with the manager go to him. I get sick of these grown men crying to the media when they don't agree with something. Be a man and go to Jerry like a man and tell him what u think. And yes...Other then the Tampa Bay game and the 3 run hr he gave up on Tuesday he has been pitching better...

I'm sick of those motherf***ers as well...It still amazes me how they get the players they get without really giving anything up... But hey...They got Weaver and Mondesi last year for s*** and got killed by the Angels. I have faith it will happen again this year....

I ain't scared. We've got the al cy young goin tomorrow...Coupled with the fact that Warren Spahn and Tom Seaver would have trouble shutting down our offense at the moment...

While we all knew what these guys were capable of. These last 13-15 gms or so have been breathtaking. We r straight killiin fools right now. f*** the Yanks and their muderer's row back in the day. We've got our own version right now. Maggs is puttin me in awe more and more each day. Pk is as hot as he was cold. Even Joe Crede has come to life. Man this is f***in awesome

I hope this gets Jose goin. Remember he was the guy that did most of the damage against the Cubs and Twins earlier this month. When he's hot he's f***in scorchin hot....

It could be coincidence...But Crede had one of his best gms last night. Maybe all this Boone talk could somehow wake his bat up...

U make a very good point. I've checked to and the 5th starter would only pitch about 5 more times. But with what we have now that could mean 5 losses...If we were up 5-6 gms and in 1st place we could probably afford to lose those gms. But being behind we have to atleast give ourselves a chance to win every time out. And don't forget if we do get a quality 5th guy and make the playoffs we could use him in the pen as well... How did you come up with 5 more times? I have: Aug 2nd 12th 17th 30th Sep 7th 12th 20th 25th That's 8, how did you figure so differently? I don't think u factored in off days.... Yes, that's with off days, remember off days don't neccesarily mean the 5th starter gets bumped. lol...with us that's exactly what it means....

Exactly. U gotta pressure teams...U can't have a big inning and then get shuw down the rest of the way. U gotta constantly put the pressure on the other team to score runs...
