  1. He sucks at baseball. Any "intangible" he's bringing is heavily outweighed by....his inability to play baseball.
  2. I mean, ESPN sucks, but this is certainly not controversial. This team is pretty much unwatchable.
  3. Great win for Crochett, and cool to see Kopech get his first save. Enjoy the W, everyone. There won't be many.
  4. How the f*** did they let Crochet go 90+ pitches? Are they just trying to break his arm, or what?
  5. Shades of TLR not knowing the fucking rules in extra innings.
  6. I really couldn't give two shits about any of their coaches or their responsibilities. It's just fucking embarrassing that the game is starting and nobody, including himself, realized he needed to be on the fucking field.
  7. Are there though? Maybe the White Sox have to have coaches wear multiple hats because they don't staff appropriately. It would not surprise me in the least.
  8. Occam's Razor says....they're just incompetent.
  9. Would be amazing. And it's not unlikely, either.
  10. So, once again, we are right back to why did nobody want him, and why did he sign for so cheap? Weird that no other team in baseball wanted to upgrade their rotation with a far superior pitcher. Super weird that Clevinger had to sign a dirt cheap contract with the worst team in baseball... Man, are the White Sox lucky. Lol
  11. See below: Which, again, is probably why nobody had any interest in him. Basically last season can be attributed almost entirely to luck.
  12. Above average. Lol. Let's see how he looks when he actually pitches, shall we?
  13. Imagine trusting that this front office made the right decision by signing a guy the rest of the MLB passed on. Lol. It's either incompetence, or desperation. Or, probably both.
  14. JR needs any bit of revenue he can swindle out of these fans.
  15. I mean, for a subset of fans here, it's clearly not. It's amazing that there are people that, when he was signed, didn't ask themselves the most obvious question. Why did he not receive a single offer from any other team in the MLB?
  16. Every other team in the MLB came to the conclusion that what he contributed on the field wasn't valuable enough to overlook the off the field s%*# and the baggage that comes with him. Except our White Sox, apparently. How this signing isn't just another indictment on this organization's professionalism and decision making, I don't know.
  17. With this putrid roster, who fucking cares? This loser fits right in with the rest of the team. A perfect manager to manage this roster of bums...
  18. The Sox losing 100+ games last season is just absurd. They deserve this outcome.
  19. Well, some people think the Sox might win a few more games. But that's assuming they don't get shutout in Clevinger starts.
  20. You will see some guys who are still looking for another contract trying. You will see others just mailing it in, as they have nothing to play for, and this is likely their last stint in the MLB... This team is hopeless, and the players know it just as much as we do. Look at the bottom half of this order, and their leadoff hitter. These guys are all out of the MLB VERY soon.
  21. What a perfect representation of this organization and their professionalism.... More s%*# like this, please.
  22. The difference between being putrid, and historically fucking awful, is pretty inconsequential. Just another year the White Sox won't compete for the worst division in baseball. I'm hoping for as many losses as possible, and I hope they lose games with comically bad baseball. It's the only entertainment to be had from this roster.
  23. Have you watched them? They're not really playing baseball, and it sure as f*** doesn't look like they're trying to win. The organization, if they were trying to win this season, deserves zero fans. This team is a walking talking insult to each and every White Sox fan on the planet. f*** them. They deserve every ounce of negativity. If you're hoping for less negativity, it's going to be a loooong decade my friend.
