I just don’t agree with this. In hindsight, absolutely. Trading 4 years of Robert coming off that season would’ve been tough to do imo. I just don’t think this player exists at this deadline. I wouldn’t be surprised if they take pitching in return. They need to take the best talent offered.

I hope it is Vientos. The dude was legit good in 2024 and mashed in the actual playoffs. I think it's a better return than what they ultimately could end up with unfortunately. The Sox need power.

This list is terrible. There’s no world in which Caleb Bonemer is a better prospect than Billy Carlson. Thorpe isn’t prospect eligible anymore and there are too many relievers on here. McDougal and Oppor both firmly top 10

McDougal is Rule 5 eligible. He's a must keep which is why I'm expecting him to be on the White Sox 26 man to close out the year. He comes to spring training with the goal of winning a big league rotation spot with a host of others.
