Hopeful this is true..Is this the guy who also said the Sox were closing on a deal w Oakland earlier in the year?

I saw madden was scheduled to have an interview somewhere last week just don’t know if it happened. Also Willy Harris said last week on the podcast that the Sox had yet to reach out to him.

It’s weird he’s been interviewed multiple times throughout the past few years and no one has given him a shot.

Willie Harris would just be another “family” hire. Wouldn’t connect with the Latin players on this roster in my opinion and would be a typical Jerry hire.

I would be all about giving Beltran the job…..
