According to Cowley, Taj was furious about Thibs being fired. If so, I'd imagine Taj will be traded, which I kind of figured anyway. If you can trade Taj and get Jimmy told hold off on offer sheets for a few days, M. Gasol actually is semi-possible I believe.

I know plenty of married couples that don't enjoy living in college towns (and many who do) and would rather have a quiet house in the suburbs. And also, for someone who was in the NBA, I'm sure he sees the Larry O'Brien trophy as a better achievement compared to an NCAA Championship.

Well, you can definitely tell Swirsky reads his pre-game notes. After years of Hawk being a soundboard, I appreciate that. Still like Hawk, but this is a nice break.
