Santiago was put in a pretty lame situation. I wouldn't look too much into it.

Sox where not going to sweep the Rays. I'll be very happy with 3 of 4. Dylan has at least been consistently giving us quality starts albeit nail biters. I think the Sox pull out the W tonight. I knew with Gavin going tonight it was going to be tough because he just isn't that consistent of a player.

Well he did have to warm up in a hurry...

Truth Hickory. These guys have to work counts. Zach made a good pitch on Kepp after feeding him fastball after fastball and then oops... change up. You can't expect to make quality contact after seeing two pitches! Make him throw you something you want to hit!

If one of the bums can draw a walk though, then you'll have the contact hitters behind them to hopefully drive them in but that's wishful thinking.
