In East Africa at the moment with work, but managed to find somewhere to watch the Ireland vs. Germany game on Friday night... I wish I hadn't!!! Jaysus, we're not at the races at all these days.

Speaking for myself, I don't post too much as I'm very new to the world of baseball so can't offer a whole lot more beyond the standard drivel-type postings of the "Go Sox" and "Get stuck into this mob" variety. I do like to follow the threads and the opinions of various posters (third person or otherwise) and would add my tuppence worth more if I had a better appreciation of the game and felt I could make a worthwile contribution to a thread or fully blazing argument!!

Getting picked up from work in an hour to go out an' watch Celtic's Champions League match with Spartak Moscow.

2-0 win for Celtic today. Good to get back to winning ways after recent league under-performance. Got a Champions League point on the board during the week also in what was actually not a bad game, despite the 0-0 scoreline.
