These fake insider people are catfishing a large group of people, in a sense. They crave the dopamine release from people saying thank you and kissing their ass. Hell, NSC blocks anybody that doesn't praise him or believe in his rumors. The guy is looking for constant praise over completely fabricated ideas. It's pretty sad when you think about it.

That would simply be a no brainer for the Sox. ReyLo is most likely done for, and Adolfo needs to be on a major league roster next year but is definitely not ready for it. I think they'd be looking for a different type of piece, personally.

Don't know much about the author (he writes for Southside Sox, hosts the Locked On Brewers podcast, and seems to follow the braves system as well. This dude follows many teams apparently), but he says Pilkington has a plus-plus changeup. Pilkington with 58 Ks to 51 IP, 0.97 WHIP., 0.175 BAA. He's 23, so it's not like he's too old for AA. Has he put himself on the map as a legitimate prospect this year? His stuff always seemed underwhelming from reports. Impressive numbers.

Moncada is a creature of habit. He also winces almost every time he runs the bags. I don't want him switching positions mid season and having to move around more and make more plays in the field.

1-3% of what he talks about happens. Y2jimmy is a guy who I totally trust. He rarely says things are a done deal, but when he does, he is right. He also doesn't spit out rumors 24/7. When he does, I believe him. He's got the track record.

But to your point, these guys are so obviously fake. If NSC isn't BSing most of his "rumors", then he has deep connections with multiple front offices and multiple agencies. Its just complete bogus. If he did have connections, he would have severed them long ago by constantly posting rumors.

No. This was when there were tons of rumors that Dane Dunning would be traded. NSC told Passan than "Dunning will be traded." Dunning ended up being traded that day. Passan said well done to NSC, and told NSC he could break the news of the trade. NSC didn't know who the trade was for, so he never broke it. Passan ending up breaking news of the actual trade. NSC either got lucky with saying Dunning was getting traded (he throws a lot of shit out), or maybe he knew a source close to Dunning. That's all NSC has gotten right. He didn't even know the full trade.

That's what I figured. When I look at diagrams of that area, it looks like the fascia is what I would be feeling there. I'll have to bring that up to my PT when I finally can get an appointment. I've probably neglected training my erector spinae over the years tbh.

It really appears that way. Threw my back out for the 4th time in a few years, so I'm not going to mess around anymore. I'm seeing a PT again and training the hell out of them. Do you commonly see patients with one side of their lower back visably bigger than the rest. I'm not sure if this is technically my thoracolumbar fascia or my erector spinae? My right side is noticably bigger and stronger feeling. Could be contributing to my issues, or it resulted from some other imbalance I have.
