You're 100% correct. People are laughing at the organization and basically implying they got lucky by "stumbling into" the signing. No other team would offer him what the Sox did. The whole league obviously saw him and a high risk player and not worth the contract. Getz and the White Sox outbid everybody and made a great decision evidently. Every single team in the league wishes they did what the White Sox did with this signing. Getz and the org deserve credit for it.

Because Bob Nightengale was on The Score recently and claimed that another team may offer him $14m and the White Sox would lose out on him because they wouldn't offer him that much. It shows how unserious and stupid Bob Nightengale is regarding the MLB draft.

All 3 should be called up as far as I'm concerned.

Look at his numbers last year. His K% and BB% were great. They haven't been as good this year, but he's hitting a home run every other game, literally. He's being more aggressive and it shows based on his K% and good slugging. And he's young for his level like you said. Give the dude some time to adjust.
