Go Tottenham! -
QUOTE (Boogua @ Aug 24, 2016 -> 07:06 PM) It also sounds like all the other commits will be on campus that weekend. I guess they're putting a full court press on. I doubt they get him, but could get interesting. Yeah I doubt they get him as well, but it doesn't hurt to swing for the fences with 1 of the last 2 scholarships left.

Kris Wilkes sets up an official visit to Illinois for September 8-10. One of 3 teams to get an official visit so far.

QUOTE (Deadpool @ Aug 24, 2016 -> 03:59 PM) Lol. Those names aren't bad. They're the norm. Companies sponsor stadiums. The White Sox just got the crappiest name with an oddly appropriate logo. This xinfinity.......

QUOTE (bmags @ Aug 24, 2016 -> 10:08 AM) please please please sign him. Someone will claim him. Bears hold the 11th spot in the waiver wire

QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Aug 22, 2016 -> 10:25 AM) Yup very solid pickup, great job by the staff to identify him early. Hopefully we can get a PF like Kiir and call it a class. Get Kiir, then swing for the fences for Wilkes or Scruggs. If not, then just roll it over into 2018

Supposedly, the Orton/Lesnar thing did go according to plan minus that he cut him a little deeper than expected. -

QUOTE (iWin4Ron @ Aug 21, 2016 -> 10:04 PM) What an amazingly terrible way to end Summerslam. Brock Lesnar opens up randy orton, attacks him relentlessly and wins via TKO? Rofl much? I am beginning to despise Lesnar's matches now. First WM, then takes off entire time to get to SS and both matches were less than 3/5 for me. Maybe 2/5. Awful showing. Truly awful. 3 good matches out of 10. Just pitiful. Enzo/Cass vs JeriKO, Cena/Styles, and Rollins/Balor were the only good matches for the 2nd biggest event of the year. Pathetic. -

Wow, Balor wins the match. Didn't expect that at all honestly. -

Nikki Bella is back, and I'm pretty pumped about it lol. Alexa Bliss looks a lot like Anna Kendrick from Pitch Perfect -
Does he start in Winston Salem or Birmingham next year?

That Styles/Cena match was just amazing. Great fricken match. WWE doing the right thing and putting over Styles. -

QUOTE (Brian @ Aug 21, 2016 -> 06:59 PM) Definitely sloppy. Charlotte is way better as a champion than chaser IMO. I understand that, but only a month of Sasha as champion? Doesn't make sense. -

QUOTE (Brian @ Aug 21, 2016 -> 06:34 PM) The Cesaro vs Sheamus match was excellent as well. Going with women's title match early. Sasha almost died twice so far. Overall a sloppy match from these 2. Why in the world did the WWE think it was a good idea to put the title back on Charlotte? -

Great 1st match. Owens was fantastic per usual. Enzo was fantastic on the mic per usual too. Great start. -
QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Aug 18, 2016 -> 07:51 AM) PG Trent Frazier visiting Illinois this weekend. Has been saying that Illinois has been his leader from day 1. Would be a huge get if Illinois could get a commitment from him this weekend. And Frazier commits to the Illini today! Huge pick up for Illinois!

QUOTE (fathom @ Aug 19, 2016 -> 05:20 PM) Gonna need a minor miracle for him to become a big league starter. So close to getting Benintendi instead! It's been half a year. Calm down.

Just spoke to Pat Cashman's brother, he is shut down the for the rest of the season. Arm injury, inflamed tendons. Almost back to 100%, but want him to come back ready for ST.

QUOTE (DrunkBomber @ Aug 19, 2016 -> 11:55 AM) Didnt watch it but saw on twitter that the leader had s*** himself and was still going and was using a sponge to clean it up as he was going. Theres videos of it if youre into that kind of stuff, not that theres anything wrong with that. Lol I did read about that on Twitter. Dude crapped himself and then he passed out, and he still finished the race and finished 8th I believe.

Arthur StapleVerified account @StapeNewsday Nothing final yet, but hearing it's #NYR or #CHI for Jimmy Vesey. Tavares made a strong pitch for #Isles but they fell short, it appears.

QUOTE (shipps @ Aug 19, 2016 -> 08:31 AM) Does Cromartie have anything left? The secondary is really the last place on this Bears team that can afford any injuries at all. I believe he does. I'm sure the Bears will look hard on the waiver wire once finals cuts come around.
-
Fuller considered to be out several weeks now. With that, Bears are meeting with Antonio Cromartie today.

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Aug 19, 2016 -> 08:13 AM) The Cubs didn't have a hand in that one... HA, love it.
