Anderson threw a 1-2-3 third and looked really solid While he shouldn't have been up, and shouldn't have gone more than an inning and shouldn't have been expected to go 3-4 innings: he shouldn't have been DFA'd...Feel for the kid Between this and the Basabe deal, I am not happy

I know he was out of options and I know his numbers didn't reflect it and I know he had poor health, but this is pretty gross I wonder if there any systems where he would be a Top 10 prospect, even after the DFA (which didn't make sense to me), I was hoping for a bullpen flier or low level prospect at the minimum Dumping a Top 30 prospect for cash is sickening to me Hopefully Rutherford, Gonzalez, and Adolfo all look well Best of luck Basabe

How about AJ? My favorite Sox player ever, great analyst currently...Maybe at least let him be the bench coach for the next guy, Ricky ain't it, glad I was never behind him

McCann is good enough to be behind the dish a decent amount, as long as Grandal is in the lineup producing which eh has been so far after a slow start I assume McCann will sign elsewhere next year, but he really has been a consistent joy...Collins has really disappointed thus far
