That was one of the many reasons it was such a horrible call. You don't gamble with zero outs... and you don't gamble on their best throwing center fielder... not to mention Alexei slowed up because he figured he was stopping. Just an unbelievable f*** up there.

I can't think of many that were as bad... This team does not have the leadership or confidence to know how to win... its clear over and over. not really... he has more blown saves than any other closer in the American league. Robertson has good stuff... but he doesn't have it between the ears.

Never understood what people see in Garcia... He runs well for a big guy... but that's it really. No power, no concept at the plate. I think people thought it meant something that he looks like Cabrera in Detroit.... I can't think of any other reason.

I knew this was going to happen tonight... I think we all did. Sale just hasn't been as dominant as he was earlier this year and we were due for a bad night. The next few days will be very telling to if this team has truly turned it around or not.
