yeah 2nd in the american league in runs scored with one of the best pitching staffs in baseball... yes yes only a good manager could save us... What a seriously shitty post man - that's up there.

yeah eaton needs to sit and goodwin play - see how that goes.

ruiz was coming in if we didn't score

yeah he was trying to throw that inside and it ended up getting a lot of plate on the outer half - right where schoop likes it. luckily mendick was playing up the middle trying to hold the runner.

Thank you to that ump - he saved us. Bummer control still bad - on that last out of the game he missed by a lot.

not sure how the tarp is coming off from what i see on radar.

Lamb failed twice tonight to get a runner from 3rd with 1 out... fucked the team royally.

turned it on late

petty

pathetic at bats tonight.. so many swings at sliders in the dirt. this looks like the rebuild white sox - hack away at bad pitch after bad pitch.

that amount of wins is pretty crazy.. a manager could have 20 straight 100 win seasons and still be 700 something short...

This is the Cease we like...

Tony came out to turn the heat up on that umpire.

Yeah because I'm sure everyone you know that questions people's character only happens on the internet..... DUI's are not the final word on someone's character - probably 95% of this board has been in a position where they could have gotten one. However I would never expect in 2021 to get a high profile job with this hanging over me... I think in Larussa's older age he probably is a much easier going person, but most people aren't really complaining about that - it's that he manages the games like its 1989.

I wonder if Mercedes could get back to being a catcher? It might be his only way to stay on the active roster down the road.

bennetti made me spit up my beverage at the beginning of the telecast when he said the umpiring had been good... its been shitty all series just like most of the year...

yeah but on a hit and run cant really do that...

that was more on grandal - the ball looked like a strike most of the way.

jose 3 for his last 20... been off...

Mendick has been hitting like shit.. but if we go back from now to when Ricky was bunting a lot a few years ago. It's overwhelmingly failed to work - if you have been watching the games over this time then you know this. It's a strategy that has failed over and over again.

He never has... and he is still that good which is pretty amazing. He has some moments where he shows better discipline than others - but his strength has never been his eye. He is more of a free swinger. His career high is 51 walks,. What he has great plate coverage and he is good at knowing what the picture is trying to do to him. I'm not saying he isn't a great hitter -it's just not his game. You can still be someone who swings at everything and win mvps - see vlad guerrero. If i had the energy to get your panties more bunched I could prob find all kinds of statistics that shows how he swings at pitches out of the strike zone over his career.

way to keep fighting boys.

80

can we stop taking fucking starting pitchers out at 80 pitches thanks.

good job Tony Good job bullpen
