Question is, which team gets busted next? I doubt them and the Red Sox are the only ones cheating in one way or another when it comes to these signings/agreements.

Saw Cardinals added a few OFs to their 40-man and decided to take a look at how many they have knowing they have a lot. Then I looked at ours. We have a ton lol even though some can play IF too like L. Garcia, Cordell and Hanson.
