JR has metaphorically chopped Hahn’s dick off since this offseason began.

Eaton is an outsider on this team. He’s not running the show anymore. Not to mention that he could potentially be playing for another contract. I would hope he can behave himself.

They should sign Hendriks AND bring back Colome. Make a super bullpen.

I don’t know why an extension wasn’t agreed upon before the trade was made but whatever.

Is there a possibility that Lynn will sign an extension? Because I’d like this deal a lot more if so.

If it offsets the price then the Sox shouldn’t have to give up Dunning. That’s my point. They can have Stiever and a couple other filler pieces.

I know. But Heyward’s contract is an albatross. No way would I take him off the Cubs hands AND give them a promising young pitcher. Jed Hoyer can get bent.

Because the Sox shouldn’t have to give up Dunning even if they are only taking on part of Heyward’s contract.
