  1. Btw, not that this matters at all, but I'm currently watching the Rockies Cardinals game. The Rockies had men on and Yadi was dropping down to a knee to receive the pitch. So it seems that even Yadi utilizes this technique, even with runners being on base.
  2. Players aren't running nearly as much on the base paths as they used to. So if they theoretically aren't a threat to run, wouldn't it be more advantageous as a catcher to put yourself in a better position to steal pitches for your pitcher? Bc two HOF C's (I'm guessing Yadi will be in there) caught one particular way doesn't mean that way will work for everyone.
  3. No amount of logic and reasoning can deter TLR from getting what he wants.
  4. Rutherford bomb
  5. Benyamin Bailey singled to RF for his first stateside hit
  6. Jose Rodriguez with an RBI double
  7. Kanny stream is finally working
  8. Yeah I'd have to think they're going to closely monitor the big 3's innings down there (at least early on).
  9. Nope, won't do anything for me. Dalquist is out now btw
  10. From the looks of it I don't see a Kanny stream. New stadium and still doesn't have a feed, what's going on here? Nevermind, I found it, but the milb site is just being horrible at the moment.
  11. Former 17th Rd draft pick of the White Sox in the 2009 draft Brian Goodwin
  12. Slow play it or work a rotation between the 3 of them. If Yermin and Vaughn are both playing well, that should buy Eloy some extra recovery time to come back fully healthy.
  13. Yeah I think that's why (at least in the Padres case) they had the vaccination (or negative test in 72 hrs) sections that allowed up to 67% capacity to help get more people in. It would definitely start to get tricky unless they're allowed to do something like that.
  14. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sandiegouniontribune.com/sports/padres/story/2021-04-13/padres-dodgers-petco-park-orange-tier-seating-capacity-concessions%3f_amp=true It looks like the Padres just upped capacity this week from 20% to 33%. I imagine the Sox would like to follow a similar trajectory, but I'd guess they need to work that out with the state/city.
  15. Yeah lets rest our DH that's hitting around .500 and our rookie experimental OF with a .400 OBP for two guys that do and have done nothing besides bat left handed. Totally the same thing.
  16. He could not play them, that'd be a start.
  17. The only time they seem to appear is when the beat writers were at the game or given a box score. Maybe some scouts were there and took video, but B game action is hard to come by. I wish the Sox made it more accessible.
  18. Did just mention Vaughn as a possibility for LF
