I think Beckham has actually gotten better. He's tolerable to listen to. I remember Jason being good when the Sox were good in 2020 and 2021. When the Sox aren't going well that's when he's a bit tough to listen to. Stony is the best out of all of them. He's a great analyst. Be careful what you wish for. There is plenty, plenty worse out there. We have it pretty good on the Southside at the moment relatively speaking.

I also think one of the problems is that they haven't made many upgrades in or around the park. They added like a bar area or something inside the park. Whoopdeedoo. They should do something outside the park kind of like what St. Louis has with their ballpark village, or like with what the cubs have done outside and around their park. The Sox park is nice as it is and IMO is very underrated around the league, especially with the great food options we have, but they really need to upgrade the overall ballpark fan experience especially for the loyal Sox fans who come to the park multiple times a year. Would also be nice if they have some kind of creative Sox history museum or something like that around the park. They spew passion pride and tradition everywhere, but all that is is words. The last 10 years have been abysmal with the product on the field. If they can't get that right, which they obviously are unable to do, then they should upgrade the park in an actual meaningful way.

I really, really, really doubt that smart decisions are possible with anyone in that front office, under any kind of circumstance.

This team has derailed so many careers. I feel bad for so many players that have come through this dumpster fire of an organization from 2013 and on.

Well if global warming keeps doing it's job, maybe in the next 50 years we can have a world series in February with and no one will bat an eye. (not trying to start a political argument, just stating what is clearly happening around the world).

Only thing I can think of is his wife was pretty vocal on social media. And then the suspicions that he was not taking care of himself or training like he should in the offseason.

I miss the days when we had the leadership of Paul Konerko, Thome, Dye, etc. Even when Anderson was going good I could tell he wasn't a leader. He needs someone to keep him in check, sadly he's never had that person on this team. His head is too big and he doesn't know how to handle criticism. Not a good combination for someone who is allegedly the "face of the franchise" at the moment.
