Right. It doesn't matter if they do "re-tool" or whatever bs they call it. It will be rinse and repeat as long as this org is run by Hahn, Kenny, Jerry and whoever else is calling the shots. Theyll bring in new guys and the same problems will surface...or new ones will.

Loss after loss after loss after loss. How effing exhausting.

We are essentially in the same position as we were in 2016. A bunch of guys with loads of talent (or so they tell us), but can't win ballgames. Same exact position, plus the injuries. And it's the same guys steering the ship. The main issues--they don't know how to develop talent, they don't know how to construct a well-balanced team, they don't know how to properly utilize players' strengths and weaknesses, and they don't know how to build a winning culture. There were individuals on this message board that were adamant this rebuild would fail because of the front office. I was vehemently against those people. I would like to apologize, and they can say I told you so.

God this team is just lifeless. Kansas City is supposedly a worse team and the Sox make them look like they are in 1st place. Why the f*** does KC always kick our ass.

First game I've tuned into in a while. Reminded why I haven't watched games...

So here's the thing with this statement. Because I've felt this way too...JR doesn't care. As long as he's getting his $$$ he doesn't give a poop! So I have just not allowed myself to get emotionally invested. I might go to one game to get my fix of live Sox baseball, but that's it. If he doesn't care, why the hell should I? I've watched the least amount of games to start this season than I have in a long time. Less than the rebuild years. My love of baseball will never fade. I'm going to CO to see a Rockies game this year. Stoked for that. We have the Tigers single-A team here in West Michigan, the White Caps, and those games are always a blast. I'll put my money into the game of baseball in ways other than the Chicago White Sox. The game is getting better, the league is getting better, the Chicago White Sox are stuck in mediocrity hell and won't leave until they get out of their own way. So, until that happens, I will enjoy the game of baseball in other ways. Don't get me wrong, I'll still follow the team. My love for the team will not go away, but I will not allow myself to become negatively emotionally attached anymore. It's not worth it. And this front office/ownership group sure as hell doesn't deserve it.
