Two franchises that really know what they are doing making another smart move on the margins. Stay winning.

Connie Mack preferred fourth place for those swine swilling Philly fans.

EXACTLY how i see this as well

The Sox are all in gentlemen! We are making a run for the division! Woot Woot!

Right now, yeah. Going to be needed at the MLB level soon enough.

Actor Mike Meyers would probably serve the Sox better.

Can never have too many Royals.

Apocalyptic talk aside, they need a body that can take the ball every few days and Mike Mayers is exactly that.  Overanalyze if you want, but that's good enough for me.

I honestly first read the title as Mike Meyers acquitted and thought "acquitted of what and why is that a thread here"??

I like his career war of 0.00

Averaging over a strike out an inning. I honestly do not remember ever seeing this guy, but I guess he's another one of those "he's got a great arm" fellas from KC, by way of St Louie and Cali that is.

Why don't they just sign me. I will gladly take league minimum, lose games just like these guys, and do it with way more entertainment value.
