Yoan is just about the best defender at 3B in the league. Jake will be a good 3B as well. He'll be fine at 1st or LF too.

I concur. If we had a better eye for talent, we might be able to find better cheap talent. The white sox always sign a guy after his best year and are shocked when they regress back to the mean. It's called the Keppinger anomaly.

I think you're missing the signs with this guy. He is a good defender at third and I've been saying for a long time he runs pretty well. Out of Vaughn, Sheets and Burger- he'll be the best defender of the bunch by a lot. Jake is also a natural hitter. If we trade him to fill a hole, we will regret it quickly.

Agree with almost all of this. I must say Bummer had a bad luck year. Seemed like every grounder found a hole, and every flair seemed to find a soft spot to land.

Jake Burger takes a huge step forward. I hope he'll do it wearing a White Sox uniform.
