Jake is the best option we have in house. Going outside will cost something in return. With a thin minor league system, staying in house is probably the thing to do. The only way to find out if he's ready for a full time job,is to give him one.

So far in Charlotte, 16 Ip 15 hits 4 walks 17 strike outs 3 dingers. Not bad. Homers and Charlotte go hand in hand.
