Not to put words into Ptac's mouth, but my understanding of what he is saying, with which I agree by the way, is that even if they settle out of court, it doesn't mean any of the allegations are true. It certainly could, but it could also just mean that going to court is expensive and a major hassle. And it is simply easier and cheaper to settle the case out of court. A settlement is not an admission of guilt.
