Squirmin' for Yermin

He would be nice short term.. But extremely unexciting long term.

I predict Jon Gray could be a target. I feel like we've heard his name the past few years as a potential target. Under contract for 2021 and having a "down" year. Also, the Dodgers have a million pitchers (doubt they trade anyone), but I want Gonsolin.

Skubal is going to turn into Sale-lite.. He will be their ace ahead of Mize/Manning.

Eaton! Literally his AWESOME extensions (Sale, Quintana, Eaton) are the only reasons our rebuild is where it is at and looking successful.

That would suck... Save the service time

What did Abreu say?

Doesn't Grandal have a .350 OBP?

so this game is 100% a go correct?

So it is confirmed they are playing?

confirmed?

I wonder if they get like a police escort loll

So when will we hear if Saturday/Sunday is postponed?! I need to know by tonight for my Fantasy Baseball league LOL

Well he can't stay healthy as a Starter so what the hell do we have to lose... Throw him in the bullpen and see what happens

That would likely require Dunning/Stiever or one of our draft SP.

I've wanted to trade for Nimmo for years.. He would fit this profile EXACTLY. Give them Collins and Dalquist/Thompson.

Stroman is not a good 3 for the playoffs.. Sure he would be fine and an upgrade, but we'd still be VERY weak at SP.

Yes usually.. Though I think the Dodgers are a good example year in and year out of guys being blocked but they still find a role. Urias couldn't get starts. Then May couldn't get starts. Now Gonsolin is some weird up and down guy (would be our #3)..

I think the whole "pressure" argument is bullshit.. When I played baseball I had just as much pressure batting 5th as I did 9th.. I have to get the job done regardless. That is a BS excuse to bat worse players higher.

Play the damn games.

I seriously wonder if the Dodgers would ever want out of that Kershaw contract. Especially with the new Betts deal

Of course we need pitching. For playoffs Dallas is at best a 4. We need 2 guys WHENEVER we actually get competitive. Sign/trade for a guy and hope Kopech comes back and dominates (my expectation).

He's going to be a very good pitcher. Super solid #3, weak #2 (ala Quintana)

Bro that was literally 2015.... are you the new Greg?

Grandal has 7 years of proven ball.. McCann has 70 games.

I still laugh at that.
