Welcome to the 20th century, Cleveland. Names like "Indians" and "Braves" and "Chiefs" at least seem worth debating, but this logo and the name of the Washington NFL team seem like the non-negotiable ones to me.

Probably a good move. I generally don’t care about the use of Native American logos and symbols, but portrayal of Native Americans as “Redskins” or having red skin is beyond offensive when you understand the origin.

Not surprising seeing as how so many people are easily offended these days. I'll have to pick up a hat with Chief Wahoo while they are still being made.

It is just not worth the headache to them. Reality is people choose to be offended by everything. You choose to be offended by words, cartoons, books, tv shows, jokes, other people, etc. And then you have nothing better to do than make sure the world knows you are offended.
