As overrated as I believe Vaughn is by the masses, the fact that Abrams is as hated as Singer was last year as a pick is just weird.

The other thing I like about Vaughn is oppo power, not afraid to use the whole field. Makes it unlikely he would be eaten alive by shifts.

Problem is if they pass, it’s likely for Witt. KC would take Adley then.

I dont think its Abrams is hated, I just think its that Vaughn potentially has a dynamic bat that could advance quickly.

And Im not sure Vaughn is overrated. The guy has over a 2:1 BB:K ratio over the last 2 years, while hitting .380+ with power.

I really doubt any scenario that isn't Rutschman-Witt 1-2 but just out of curiosity, if Sox had their pick between Witt and Vaughn, who do you all prefer?

Ugh. I forgot how terrible the MLB draft show can be. Harold is awful at this. So meme-worthy. At least Callis/Mayo and the BA guys are solid.

I'd love Witt.  And I say that as a fan of Vaughn.  But I am a complete believer in Witt.
