Potential #5 starter early on

unbelievable run of breaking news by sleepy harold

Fine with this.  Yurchak will likely never make it.  His best position is 1B and he's average at that and his season in Kanny was very underwhelming.

I hope to break something more worthwhile later on this off-season, but I'll take this for now.

post-post-hype sleeper

Meh

Would have liked to see Yurchak for another year but not a big deal, doubt either guy contributes much

Wasn't this guy one of the Yankees prospects at some point? Along with Betances?

Yes, he was like a top 25 in baseball guy around 2012

Either a starter in a Charlotte or a back end guy for Chicago.  Maybe a Hector Santiago replacement?

He hasn't seen the big leagues since 2015 so space filler in the Charlotte rotation seems most likely?

KW always gets his guy.

Can never complain about getting a Mexican pitcher. :)

I remember he had a great season at GF in his draft year then he reached better competition.

I'd take him over Hector Santiago as the long man, but that's not really saying much.

Was part of the killer B's. Sort of never worked out.

In the hope for the best type lens, that's a pretty good ERA for PCL. Maybe he'll be a junior guerra type success. On the other hand, the dodgers are pretty good at scouting so, Yurchak will be Muncy and Banuelos will be another run of jacob turners.

He had pretty good peripherals in AAA last year. I'd rather give him starts than Dylan Covey

Wonder if he still throws hard.

Or maybe another Jake Peter?

Banuelos was Rule 5 eligible. Dodgers probably just didn't have the roster space.
