November 1, 20187 yr Fine with this. Yurchak will likely never make it. His best position is 1B and he's average at that and his season in Kanny was very underwhelming.

November 1, 20187 yr Meh Would have liked to see Yurchak for another year but not a big deal, doubt either guy contributes much
November 1, 20187 yr Wasn't this guy one of the Yankees prospects at some point? Along with Betances?

November 1, 20187 yr Either a starter in a Charlotte or a back end guy for Chicago. Maybe a Hector Santiago replacement?

November 1, 20187 yr I remember he had a great season at GF in his draft year then he reached better competition.
November 1, 20187 yr I'd take him over Hector Santiago as the long man, but that's not really saying much.
November 1, 20187 yr In the hope for the best type lens, that's a pretty good ERA for PCL. Maybe he'll be a junior guerra type success. On the other hand, the dodgers are pretty good at scouting so, Yurchak will be Muncy and Banuelos will be another run of jacob turners.

November 1, 20187 yr A relatively recent write up on him, though not much detail. https://www.minorleagueball.com/2018/7/2/17523406/post-hype-player-to-watch-manny-banuelos-p-los-angeles-dodgers

Dodgers probably just didn't have the roster space.
