They let Buehrle go after 2011, and he was willing to take less than the Marlins offer. Might have cost them a division in 2012.

How many times does the same exact injury need to happen the same exact way before they either make him wear a sliding glove or make him slide feet first?

I doubt anyone else here is attending Cubs spring training.

  • The original problem is still the same — “same FO staff from 2008.” No one has any confidence in Hahn, Kenny, and JR to seize the opportunity and spend money when a perfect time like now becomes

Unless that offer was out there pre-free agency, it is irrelevant.

Yes. Hell, according to Magglio Ozzie actually told him that he better sign that contract while he was lying on the ground with the shredded leg.

Name a white Sox star they havent paid and retained? One who left via free agency because the Sox couldn't afford him.

Robin Ventura. They gave away Ray Durham. Alex Fernandez. White flag trade had some free agents to be. Jack McDowell, another give away.

No. They are shopping them because they dont want to pay them.

Although I'd trade Kluber myself as he's trending downward fast.

If they wanted to trade them because of money, they would already be gone as there definitely wasn’t a lack of interest in Kluber & Bauer this offseason.  Instead, they traded away secondary players achieve the payroll savings they needed to hit budget.

Thank you Rick Hahn

The Sox could average 97.5 wins the next 4 seasons and Rik Hahn as a GM would still be under.500

I know my constant b****ing is really getting annoying around here (and I’ll try to minimize going forward), but it’s absolutely wild that Rick Hahn has been GM six years and his team has never finished above 4th place.

Spring training is where hope springs eternal. Can one of my friends on here please answer these questions since I again did not follow ST for the umpteenth year.

a.) What Sox players blew chunks?

b.) who terrorized the baseball?

c.) who hit OK to good?

d.) who hit a ton of home runs? e.) what pitchers looked can't miss great?

Thank u.

Finally: If you were in Vegas this week for future odds bet, what would you be willing to put down on the Sox to win World Series? How much dough? I'm not sure if they let you bet AL champ, but if they do, also what would you bet on that? THANX.

Everyone sucked except for Ozzie.  He was dreamy.

Breh you know that people get annoyed when you make requests for things that are easily googlable.

It was a simple request, you’re right.

So simple in fact, you could have easily done it yourself, but instead chose to rely on others to do it for you.

Don’t be mad at others for your laziness.

He did say "thank u" and "thanx". While he typed it like a middle schooler using AOL instant messenger, he was grateful!

Uhh don’t know where to put this.

Anyone follow Robert on Instagram? What Sox player is Ruddy_jr06?

It’s just a video of him being a goof but I was curious who the other player was in it because he looked super young and I didn’t recognize him.
