What does Rondon bring? He's not hitting for average or power, is slow, and just okay in the field.

edit: im wrong, his 2018 was 3.50. Still a terrible year at AAA this season!

You do know that if you try to take the extra base you'll get it ~75% of the time. Everything has to be perfect to throw him out there. It was. Meh.

A less than perfect throw gets him also. He wasn’t much deeper than a 2B on a deep shift.

No point in him going to third. We still needed a single to score him at second d or third. The outfielder was shallow making it an easier play. The young pitcher may be rattled having two men on so let him pitch out of it.
