Better coaching/player development staffs

white sox have been notorious for not investing in this area for the last few years

maybe because they now focus on spin rate and velocity with the pitching lab and don't focus enough on command? I don't know.

If you've been watching the games...it's not like we've been losing close 1,2, or 3 run games. The games they've lost they have been destroyed and the starters have looked abysmal.
