This is what we get for having a catcher playing shortstop.

Needs to be elevating the ball. Even back to Summer Camp, it was ground ball after grounder.  He’s making good contact at least.

Not sure how many are lining up to buy 2021 season tickets in KC.   Might as well try.   Their young pitching staff is coming along, and they've got an interesting combination with Kennedy, Rosenthal and Holland at the back of the pen.

Also swinging at first pitch, hasn't worked a count all night

Grandal is a careere 793 ops... not bad but nothign special...

jimenez hasn't played a full season, moncada has had 1 good year... as well as anderson.

EE is old and crusty... Their certainly is potential on this team for a good offense.

But it's so far from a proven thing.

Anderson was really good offensively in his rookie year, though.

Might be closing, with how many pitches Colome threw last night.  Or multi-inning save, depending on what happens this inning with Marshall.

Gordon and Franchy Cordero next, could see a change.

I haven't hated Marshall this year. His stuff has been moving a lot.

Marshall has some wicked movement on that circle change.

I hope so. Colome scares the shit out of me and he takes forever between pitches.

This game just feels like a boring M Night Shyamalan movie and I know a twist ending is coming and I don't think I'm gonna like it

If they're struggling to beat the royals they're not going very far anyway so don't fret

Colome was two nights ago. :)

Where is bummer?

Is he closing today because too many pitches by Coloma the other day

Didn't realize Marshall played at K-State.

Lmao

I really hope Ricky goes outside the book and calls for Bummer in the 9th.

Nice inning Marshall.

That inning went on SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long, it really feels like it was last night here in China.

Need some insurance here. Especially if Colome is gonna close this out.

Bullpen is a strength. That is HUGE in a shortened season.

Heck of an inning for Marshall, even though it is so hard for me to judge fly balls without a crowd there.  Thought Cordero killed that.

What a revelation Marshall has been.
