In regards to Heuer, I will say it’s great that a relief prospect finally reached the pros and actually looks legit.  I still have faith that Tyler Johnson will have a similar impact,

moncada is turning into a complete hitter.

Same. Funny thing is he was my favorite relief prospect for years. I liked Johnson more than Burdi and Hamilton back then when those 2 were getting the headlines. Then Heuer came into my life..

Robertson was the biggest free agent reliever when the Sox signed him and he was fine

Why can't they just stay with Heuer?

Managers always have to overthink these late inning situations.

Colome if it's a 3 run lead.

Then you run out Ross Detwiler with a 4 run lead, but he's not comfortable pitching in the 9th inning...at least that hasn't been his role.

Then you have to pull Detwiler and Colome's coming into the game already under high duress.
