Gio's 4 seamer is down .7 mph compared to last year. Not 1-2 mph. Not even going to mention how screwed up the ramp up to this season has been.

Big nothing answer for Keuchel on what he's learned from Cooper. He's an "old school guy" that taught toughness. Not inspiring. You could tell he was trying to put off responding to the question
