This offense always looks like crap after off-days.

Eloy looks like he’s swinging a 50 pound bat

  • I am someone who welcomes hot takes, and I think the whole purpose of the game thread is venting and hot  takes.  But the best part of hot takes is pointing out how stupid they were and ho boy di

Chasing sliders...

Yikes

Abreu missed all those by a foot.  That was a better sequence than Fulmer ever had.

not even close jose, wow.

This is pathetic

Sox look like they're going to get no-hit tonight what the shit

i like it when they say that was a good slider...

lol the ball was never even approaching the strike zones and abreu swinging blindly.

Sox hitters can use better discipline, but would say they are facing a very good pitcher tonight. Well pitched on both ends.

He Gone

Luke Voit with HR's 15 and 16.

Seems like the Yankees always have someone who comes out of nowhere....like Tauchman last year.

Is Keuchel on the scene to give this offense another talking to between innings?

They don't and they won't.  I swear some of you must miss certain at bats.  TA just missed one and there were other hard hit balls.  Mize won't continue to shut the Sox down.  Relax.

Eloy really does look like Delmon young right now

Just a good, ‘ol fashioned pitchers duel.  There are nights when the pitching is going to be better than the hitting.  Just sit back and enjoy!

Nice short inning for Lucas. His pitch count needed that.

nasty slider just for good measure.

Nice 123 5th.  80 pitches in.  Need a few more quick innings.

DJ LeMahieu too. Becomes an MVP candidate after turning 30 and leaving Colorado.

Indeed, my favorite type of game. Red Sox vs. Yankees 4 1/2 hour ESPN 9 inning games, the opposite.

Untie this one Parrot.
