1987 me wants a juice box.

If Canseco isn’t our opening day rf I’m going to be royally disappointed.

On a side note, this is so moronic

It’s going to be awkward when our Sunday throwback uniforms are the actual uniform from TLRs first stint as manager...

If I'm Hahn and Jerry makes me hire TLA I would peace out and go take the Angels or Phillies gig.

This feels like a really bad dream. How TF can this be real life?!

To be fair, outside of Vaughn, there’s no one that really would bug me if they trade for upgrades

You wouldn't be pissed if they traded Kopech or Crochet? IMO those two are on the same list as Vaughn as the three guys I wouldn't trade. Everyone else is fair game.

Willie! Been a while, how ya doin?

What if I still think it’s hinch

I haven’t been this mad since the Bears picked Curtis Enis over Randy Moss

If he is signed why is this more of a punch in the gut than losing out on Machado. This franchise really knows how to fuck things up

Nope.

Maybe Hahn likes TLR too? Maybe they don't want Hinch because of the scandal? If Hinch and Cora are out and Bochy won't come back from retirement, who else is out there? I think TLR would be good for a couple years at least but I'm gonna wait to see how we spend money this offseason. If we improve this roster big time, I'm okay with the move.

All signs point to pain tomorrow. Please be Hinch

Wishful thinking or something more?

That's a real quick interview if it is Hinch.

Crochet is a major league guy for me, not a prospect. Kopech absolutely should be trade bait if he has value.

Does Dan Roan know who AJ Hinch is?

This is very strange to say the least but I don’t know maybe there could be a couple things that are happening. They have already interviewed Hinch today and Hinch told them he isn’t interested in the job or they didn’t like what they saw out of him. Another thing is JR may be morally hung up on hiring Hinch which I don’t find that to be a reason but who knows. Or JR had his sights on TLR already and it was just going to be a waste of time trying to convince him otherwise. Anyways this process is soo fluid that things can change in a matter of minutes so we’ll see what happens but it’s looking more and more likely TLR is the next manager of the Sox.

I wonder if Sox fans will be happy if TLR wins it all.

It’s Tony, according to what all these people think

I wonder if anyone will lose their job if it goes badly.

Wait...no I don't.

Let's hope they're as wrong as the trade rumors were about Codi Heuer.

That’s the worst thing about this. There is no way in hell Jerry would ever fire this guy again. If it goes poorly we are stuck with him.
